All consultants understand that our company is built- on two key business facets: telling the truth and doing what we say we're going to do, in all situations. Our staff are truly committed to helping our clients grow and develop whether Corporate, Independent, large or small. It makes sense – after all, the growth of our clients will result in the growth of Dove & Hawk.

Because Dove & Hawk is part of the Dawnbay Group all of our new consultants receive structured training and development programmes carved specifically for each area of the UK. Each consultant covers a different geographical area and due to the variables that each area faces we must accomodate for this in our staff development.

All of our consultants are bred to our fusion recruitment methods, enabling them to understand the balance between confidentiality, results and time to hire.
