Targeting Your Future

At Dove & Hawk we have a highly pro-active approach to finding you the right job. Most recruitment organisations often attack a list of companies that match your basic salary requirements and will often make wrong assumptions on where your future lies.

When you first register an interest with Dove & Hawk you will be approached by an area expert who will have a full understanding of the local area and sector you wish to work. You will spend time discussing you needs and desires, whilst doing so your consultant will be putting together an Executive Profile measuring not only your ability but creating a full picture of your career DNA.

Your consultant will gain further understanding by asking you to fill out the mandatory Belbin personality profile test. This will add to the make up of your career DNA, further enhancing your Consultants knowledge of what you will require to further your success in finding new employment.

Once your new career path is discovered it is time to get on the front foot. If your consultant has vacancies that will suit your current requirements then they will approach these companies on your behalf. If your consultant has nothing that is currently suitable then the next wave of attack should be to draw up a list of companies that you're interested in and may be interested in you, but where there are no current advised vacancies. These can be approached on a speculative basis, either with full disclosure and a CV or on a no-name basis.

In addition to interviewing, preparing CVs and marketing exercises, your area expert will spend a lot of their time liaising with their clients to market our service. They’ll also be networking with other experienced professionals within the field to keep up to date with issues from an employee's perspective.
