360° Reference Checking

Our 360° referencing techniques are a valuable tool in gaining an accurate picture of what your prospect will perform like in a working environment.

A 360° reference test consists of both formal and informal checking. Formal references will be taken from Current Employers and Previous Line Manager’s, whilst informal references will be taken from both line managers and previous colleagues. Informal referencing will be presented over the phone and is designed to maintain confidentiality of any colleagues and previous employers, whereas Formal referencing will be presented in a document alongside both the personality profile test and executive profile.

The checks shall be made by your area expert and results fed back to you on presentation of the initial candidate shortlist. However we may only be able to provide a full 360° reference check for unemployed candidates at this stage as most employed prospects are unable to provide current employer referencing. In this instance we will provide informal references and endorsements from previous colleagues or line managers.
