Property Manager (Chelsea)

Our client, an independent property consultancy, is looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to work from their Chelsea office. This is a full-time role for an enthusiastic, practical and dynamic individual to manage a high-value portfolio of residential properties within Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to ultra-high net worth clients, often based overseas, who require a personal service of the highest quality.
  • Act as a point of contact between landlords and tenants, dealing with all day-to-day management issues & queries.
  • Seeking quotations for repair works, reporting these to clients and instructing contractors.
  • Procuring property maintenance contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety matters, including gas safety tests and fire risk assessments.
  • Reviewing and processing invoices.
  • Administering, managing and updating computerised systems and files, especially regarding property maintenance and H&S issues.
  • Understanding and assisting with the growth of a small but growing entrepreneurial company.


Candidate profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management within London.
  • ARLA/RICS qualification advantageous, though not essential.
  • Extremely well organised, meticulous attention-to-detail, and able to provide a 5* level of customer service at all times.
  • Well-presented and polished individual, with fantastic verbal & written communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a small but supportive team.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and handle demanding clients.


Hours:  8:30am - 6pm (flexibility on hours is available)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
