Tenancy Coordinator / PM Assistant

My client is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Coordinator / Property Management Assistant, to join their office in Fulham (SW6). Working within a close-knit team of five, you will be in charge of all tenancy renewals/extensions, changes of tenancy, tenant referencing, utility transfers and rent increases for 5 busy Central London offices.
Ideally, you will have at least 12 months' experience from within a similar role, alongside fantastic communication skills (written & verbal), high attention-to-detail and a passion for the residential lettings/property management sector. Within this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with 3 Senior Property Managers, and there are career progression opportunities into this part of the industry.
Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
