One of London’s largest estate agents brands holding over 150 years within in industry and offering their services in 30 offices across the UK. They're currently looking to hire a Sales Negotiators for their Brentford office. 

Sales Negotiator

• £16-18,000 basic, £40-45,000 OTE
• Pooled car provided

Duties/Functions:

• Register and qualify new applicants
• Conduct viewings, establish on going professional relationship with applicants
• Record all actions and conversations on our CRM system
• Liaise with other agents in regard to split commissions and introducing applicants to their properties
• Efficient day to day diary management
• Work towards individual targets
• Attend Sales Meetings
• Professionally represent the company at events and to the public

Ideally you will possess previous sales experience, however training will be provided to the right individuals. This boutique branch is offering an independent, self-motivated sales professional a fantastic opportunity to join a growing brand.
