Description

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to provide maternity cover for a 9-month contract at their Highgate (N6) office.

 

Basic duties:

  • Assisting the Property Management team with a portfolio of circa 300 residential properties
  • Rent collection
  • Landlord statements
  • Paying landlords
  • Instructing suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with landlords & tenants, and answering all queries
  • Paying suppliers and contractors
  • Booking repair/refurbishment works
  • Dealing with pre-tenancy paperwork (including contracts)
  • Tenant referencing
  • Dealing with renewals
  • Booking in EPC and Gas Safety inspections
  • Arranging check-in & check-out inventories

 

To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 6 months’ property management experience, alongside common sense, resilience, and resourcefulness. As with all roles within property management, you need to be flexible & adaptable and have a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are a must, so you should have fantastic levels of written and spoken English alongside a superb telephone manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Vebra Alto, and Content Management would be highly advantageous. A driving licence is NOT required for this role.

 

Hours

Monday to Friday – 9am-5:30pm

Saturday (1-in-3) – 9:45am-4pm (with a day off in lieu)

 

Salary

£23,000 per annum (pro rata)

 

This is a 9-month maternity cover contract with a start date of 20th August 2018.
