Experienced Sales Manager Wanted for Overseas Property Investment Agency

The Company:
My client are an international property brokers selling new build property in Brazil, The Caribbean, USA, Turkey, Portugal, Germany & Bulgaria.

The Role:
Due to continued success & expansion a role has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, manage, coach and develop the performance the dynamic sales team in Central London. Working for a global leader in the overseas property industry, you will be developing an existing market alongside entrepreneurial people who are committed to achieving excellence.

They require a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate strong leadership & people management skills who will share their vision & passion.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Plus OTE £100,000+

About the person needed:
-A minimum of 2 years experience essential with a proven record of exceeding targets preferably with a Telesales background in media
-An entrepreneurial approach, enthusiasm & positive attitude
-Strong sales & people management skills including performance management
-Ability to manage, monitor & suggest improvements for key success
-An excellent & persuasive communicator at all levels
-Thrive on taking responsibility
-Able to work under pressure to produce results

You will be responsible for:
-Ensure team meet & exceed all KPI’s (key performance indicators) for sales activity & sales revenue
-Advising on overseas property investments
-Identifying learning & development opportunities for team including on the job training & coaching
-Closing overseas property deals & Following up all sales enquiries
-Building rapport & maintaining client relationships
-Visiting and researching overseas properties and uploading detailed reports
-To ensure year on year revenue growth
-Ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes & structures are embedded throughout
