Account Manager/Sales Administrator - Mayfair - £25,000 Basic
My client, an online property consultant who are changing the traditional way of Estate Agency, are seeking an Account Manager, with proven Sales Administration experience, to join their vibrant office based in Mayfair.
The individual will be responsible for handling all the Sales Administration alongside account management and liaison with the vendors. The individual will be a natural rapport builder with an excellent telephone manner and organisation skills that is excellent at building and managing relationships.
- Bringing on new listings
- Liaising with vendor throughout the process providing excellent customer service and relationship building
- Providing the vendor with weekly feedback on the sale of their property
- Responsible for the Sales Administration; uploading property to the website and assisting with marketing of properties
- AML Checks
- Initiating the sale process by producing Memorandum of Sale and CML paperwork
- Handling relevant sales documentation
- 1+ years proven Sales Administration experience within Estate Agency
- Strong customer facing skills
- Excellent communication and client-relationship building skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent organisation skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6pm
