Accounts Assistant - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract - Immediate Start - South West London
My client, a successful independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join them on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Previous Accounts experience within the Property sector is essential for this role.
Your duties will include:
- Management of rental payments and any other payments required by tenants
- Ensure collected payments are updated on the system
- Make the appropriate deductions for agent fees prior to paying landlords
- Ensure payments of rents are transferred to clients
- Manage payments from Bankline
- Send invoices and post receipts
- General maintenance of client funds
- Ensure precise reconciliation of client reports, bank reconciliation
Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be process orientated and able to use your own initiate
- CFP Winman software skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Property / Real Estate experience
- Confident and approachable
- Strong communication skills
Salary of £25,000-£30,000 depending
