Our client is a highly regarded property management organisation in South West London who are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will support a team of property managers who oversee approximately 200 residential blocks which are located across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding and ambitious company.

General office duties include:

  • Filing, Scanning and uploading documents to management system
  • Post, Banking, Data entry and Invoices
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Ordering stationary, Shredding and General office upkeep e.g. washing up, Mail merge letters etc

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience working within a similar role (property not essential)
  • Great planning and time management
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • A willingness to Learn

 

 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Salary: £16,000 -  £18,000
