Our client is a highly regarded and successful private London based property investment and development company, who own and manage a substantial commercial and residential portfolio. The successful candidate will join a dynamic residential team, as part of the team you will be responsible for the administration and management of circa 600 tenancies.

Main duties

- The timely issuing of tenancy agreements
- Protecting the deposits of residential and ensuring the return of tenancy deposits in a timely     manner

- Effectively collating tenant references
- Managing to a high standard tenancy changeovers
- The accurate drafting of residential tenancy agreements
- Overseeing renewals of residential tenancies
- Commissioning repair work by liaising with tenants and contractors


Candidate Requirements:

Key competencies:

- Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality with tenant information
- Confident dealing with external contractors
- Relevant administrative experience


- At least 12 months experience working in a business/administrative capacity
- Worked in the property sector


- Computer literate: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Database knowledge i.e. Horizon


- Ability to organise, and prioritise, workload
