My client, an established friendly independent Property Management firm based in Notting Hill, are looking to recruit an experienced block manager to join their team. Their company specialises in property block management only and the portfolio is predominantly long-established clients based in the immediate area.
Duties:

• Responsible for the full management of 20 residential freehold blocks (Circa 300 units)
• Preparation and monitoring of annual service charge budgets
• Liaising with leaseholders, service providers and professional advisors
• Administering insurance claims
• Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety compliance * Manage running repairs and Section 20 works * Point of liaison with the client
• Coordinate and attend AGM's
• Periodically visit sites to compile schedules of works

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years residential block management experience

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Monday-Friday) - 2 days from home
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
