Dove & Hawk have been instructed by a leading Independent agent who are looking to hire an experienced Head of Department for their Retail & Office division. They're looking to hire an experienced candidate who has experience securing larger instructions within the Leisure, Retail and Office sectors and who can help grow the division using existing contacts as well as new business.

Key Duties
Read and understand the Business Plan
Undertake the standard business employee induction course
Undertake training in the database system, Agency Pilot.
Agree targets and work with team to achieve these.
Arrange a programme for winning more instructions.
Undertake informal valuations and confirm new instructions
Adopt, set out and implement a policy for marketing instruction.
Receive and register new applicants on our database.
Show applicants around properties.
Agree and negotiate terms with applicants
Agree and submit accounts and then ensure that they are paid.
Ensure that our website and aggregate websites are up to date.
Prepare a canvassing campaign working with other consultants.
Attend four weekly (initially 2 weekly) marketing meetings.
Attend weekly staff meetings
Attend other meetings as they occur

Salary
£30-40,000 depending on experience
Commission is tiered from 10-35%

Hours
Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30
