My client, an international property consultancy, is looking to hire an experienced Head of Sales Individual for their busy Cobham office. You will be in charge of running your own desk and brining properties to the market as well as then selling them.

The role will require an individual who is able to multitask working to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail. As well as being motivated to make as much money possible.

Duties:

  • Leading a sales team
  • Develop and build a country letting business
  • Key instruction winner
  • Working with the head of marketing to create and work on campaigns aligned to the brand.
  • Working with the head of client services to seek out opportunities.
  • Work closely with London and other regional offices to refer business.
  • Develop a network of overseas affiliate connections to benefit from a world leading referral network.
  • Develop and enhance marketing and digital initiatives to enhance and showcase the brand to a wider audience.
  • Challenging the wider team to embrace the digital way of marketing and liaising with the enquiries from staff to assist with campaigns and strategies.
  • Drive instructions and sales across the prime and super prime markets
  • Grow the team aligned to success.

Requirements:

  • A full and clean manual driving licence.
  • A track record of success within with Property Sales market.
  • Property valuation & Listing experience
  • Managing a team and a Office.
  • You will be a self motivated to ensure that set targets are not just met but exceeded
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 5+ years experience within residential sales in London

Head of Sales - Cobham
Basic - up to £50,000
OTE - £150k
Car Allowance on p/m
Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 18:00 Saturday by appointment only
