Italian Speaking Executive Assistant - Mayfair - £35,000 to £45,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a leading consultancy specialising in new building projects and conversions for cruise ships, are currently seeking an experienced Italian speaking Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in their Mayfair office. The individual will provide full executive support along with ensuring the smooth running of the office and coordination between the oversees offices.

Proven Personal Assistant experience at C-suite level is essential for this role. Individual must be Bilingual in English and Italian.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director providing executive support
  • Diary Management and Email Management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Handling expenses
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Being the ambassador, gate keeper and main point of contact on behalf of the Director
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Providing high level administrative support for the company reporting to the CFO
  • Coordinating the administrative assistants at the Head Office in London as well as other site offices
  • Dealing with basic financial management

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' proven EA/PA experience at C-suite/Director level
  • Bilingual in English and Italian
  • Previous experience in the Maritime industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and anticipative
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude as well as adopting a flexible attitude to work
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 Dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Location: Mayfair
