Lettings Administrator - Battersea - £24,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

My client, a successful property firm, are currently seeking an ambitious Lettings Administrator with proven experience, to join their vibrant office in Battersea.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of an exciting development providing PA duties to the director, alongside assisting the whole Lettings team. The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • PA duties for the Lettings Manager including; management of diary, travel arrangements and expenses
  • Provide support to the whole Lettings team as required
  • Take minuites in meetings
  • Draft tenancy documents
  • Progress tenancies from point of offer acceptance to move in
  • Perform Right to Rent checks for all new tenants
  • Serve termination notices and book inventory and check outs
  • Draw up renewal agreements
  • Create proposals, presentations and reports
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and landlords
  • Responsbile for marketing of available properties; floor plans, EPCs, creating brochures, booking photographs and creating window cards
  • Answering calls and helping with queries where possible
  • Manage Salesforce CRM system
  • Organise office and IT maintenance
  • General Office Administration

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year+ proven Lettings Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Keynote knowledge is desirable but not essential

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Battersea
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
