Lettings Administrator - Marylebone - £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

My client, an boutique estate agency in the heart of central London, are currently seeking an experienced property Administrator, to join their established office in Marylebone.

You will be supporting the Lettings team with the progression of their lets from offer to move in alongside supporting the Property Management team. The role will require an individual who with excellent communication skills who is efficient, able to multi task and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Duties:

  • Handling incoming enquires via telephone, take messages where necessary and pass them on to the relevant person
  • Meet and Greet people coming into the office and handle their enquires
  • Progressing tenancies from point of acceptance to move in following the CRM check list
  • Arranging Inventory Check ins, Cleaning, Gas Safety Records and EPCs for properties
  • Liaising and coordinating with landlords ensuring the property is compliant ready for letting their property
  • Handling referencing
  • Uploading properties on to the portals and website
  • Assisting the property management team to arrange repairs, inspections and deal with utility companies
  • Booking in viewings for applicants and if necessary, accompany the applicant to viewings from time to time
  • Handling the key log and post
  • General Administration where required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years' proven Lettings Administration/Property Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages


  • £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
  • Travel Card for Zone 1 and 2
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday 10am to 1pm
