Our client is a property management and lettings agency that holds responsibility for a broad portfolio of private residential, commercial, retail and industrial property.
They are looking to hire an experienced Lettings Administrator for their Knightsbridge office.

Basic duties

  • Drawing-up new tenancy agreements;
  • Deposit registration;
  • Utility & Council Tax changeover;
  • Ensuring EPCs and Gas Safety certificates are up-to-date;
  • Right to Rent checks;
  • Updating internal systems to show available properties;
  • Arranging check-ins and check-outs;
  • Negotiating deposit deductions and arranging returns;
  • Recording all incoming maintenance jobs;
  • Allocating work to maintenance contractors;
  • Liaising with tenants;
  • Ordering furniture and equipment;
  • Key management

Experience Criteria

  • A minimum of 12 months Lettings Administration experience and a solid understanding of lettings & property management;
  • High attention-to-detail;
  • Superb communicator - verbally and written;
  • Well-presented;
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude;
  • Strong-willed, able to manage difficult tenants.

Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
