Dove and Hawk have partnered with a high volume independent agent based in Hampstead who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator. Candidates don't need any previous experience in property however they need some kind of sales experience. Package as below:

Basic - £18,000
OTE - £40,000 - £50,000
Car Allowance or Pool Car

Duties Include...

Market awareness

• Being aware of market conditions and trends

General lettings

• Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of rooms let per week
• Maintaining a comprehensive register of applicants
• Negotiating the let of rooms
• Ensuring empty rooms are suitably presentable for viewings (beds are made, decorative items etc.)
• Ensuring the appropriate and timely use of all marketing material
• Generating applicant leads and enquiries through advertising on various mediums such as Spareroom.co.uk
• Maintaining the office profile through advertising, websites, standards and board presence
• Ensuring viewings are set up correctly and the tenants requirements are exceeded
• Ensuring all viewings are followed up
• Pipeline control
• Ensuring all written communication is appropriate, accurate and follows company standards
• Providing content for newspaper advertising and online advertising of all London Shared's properties and rooms on the portals
• Reporting any complaints from parties outside of London Shared to the Lettings Manager
