My client, a Globally established Estate Agency brand, are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Ealing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the local area, full understanding of the laws and legislation around lettings a property and ARLA qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To spend 2-3 hours daily on average on the telephone
  • To produce and regularly update market appraisal reports recording your performance
  • To help build and expand Savills Lettings business and to be aware of future opportunities that will enable the office to continue to expand
  • To create local business relationships and build Savills reputation
  • Think about and develop PR and marketing opportunities where possible - ensuring that SEO opportunities are utilised
  • To assist other negotiators in agreeing deals on property where you have the relationship with the client
  • To maintain the company's standing as a market leader
  • To cross sell/refer across the business
  • To update the lettings team on current trends you're finding on pitching and all new pitches coming to the market
  • To liaise with the Sales department on a regular basis and to be a key link between the Lettings and Sales Departments
  • To keep abreast of relevant Housing legislation, National issues and to attend appropriate training
  • To comply with the various 'Codes of Conduct' of the national bodies the Department is a member of such as ARLA and RICs. If not already NFOPP qualified prepared and ready to commit to becoming an ARLA member and qualified, for which comprehensive training will be provided and costs covered.


Salary:
Flexible Salary, £40,000 OTE

Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Saturday: 10am-4pm (1 in 2 Saturdays)
