Marketing Manager - City of London - £45,000-£50,000

Marketing and Communications Manager required to join a FTSE 100 Property Developer to assist with the delivery of a UK and overseas renowned development launch.
You will have a strong marketing background and be able to deliver the marketing plans with a new creative agency. Alongside this, you will also manage the delivery of a new Sales & Marketing Suite.
Proven skills and relevant industry experience is essential for this role.

Your core duties will include:

  • Implement and maintain the worldwide PR strategy ensuring the delivery of frequent, timely and positive news stories and sales coverage
  • Press releases and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage the marketing budget and report performance on a quarterly basis
  • Event creation and management for companywide events throughout the year
  • Delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including UK and overseas
  • Work with interior designers on the delivery of new Marketing Suites and Show Apartments
  • Manage the preparation, planning and management of all overseas exhibitions
  • Organising Competitions & Funding for local projects
  • Securing strategic editorial/advertorial in national and local press
  • Monthly meetings to reiterate ongoing marketing strategies and communicate with residence
  • Design and implementation of digital marketing strategy across a number of platforms
  • Group Social Media Management and content
  • Manage portal listings and campaigns
  • Manage the media schedule, thinking of innovative ways to market the development
  • Digital Marketing campaigns; Data analysis for campaigns using Google Analytics
  • Show Home/Facilities/Event photography
  • Media buying; targeted media in print, national, local, outdoor and digital
  • Coordinate case studies and manage journalist enquiries & site visits
  • Lead multiple awards submissions
  • Create, manage, audit and deliver sales signage
  • Aid the customer relations team with specification boxes, brochures, information for newsletters, reservation guides etc
  • Regular liaison with external PR agencies and the partnership's communications teams
  • Managing the website, keeping content regularly updated
  • Take ownership of all proactive and reactive social media activity on a continuous basis
  • Adhoc admin tasks such as departmental invoices and purchase orders

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience of media relations and event management
  • Degree Educated in relevant field
  • An interest in housing, property, design and regeneration
  • Public Affairs/PR background is desired
  • Confident and comfortable with digital content and social media platforms
  • Able to adapt easily to a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent level of computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively present information and produce reports
  • Strong working knowledge of major web technologies and applications
  • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Thorough, critical with an excellent eye for detail
  • Problem solver and able to respond quickly to a wide range of emerging issues

Salary: Circa £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
