Job Description

Dove & Hawk have been instructed by a leading International property consultancy to source a New Homes Sales Manager to be based from their head office in Central London.

Job Title: New Homes Sales Manager
Location: Central London, W1
Salary: £45,000 per annum basic salary + annual bonus

Responsibilities include:

  • To liaise with other business service lines in order to provide an all-round service to the clients
  • To refer new business across all service lines
  • To achieve / exceed all sales targets
  • To take ownership of sites given
  • To engage in regular sales and marketing minutes, and take minutes where necessary.
  • To drive sales to developments, through forward thinking, using other business service lines and through initiatives
  • To liaise with service lines and provide weekly feedback to developers, regarding viewings, interest and ongoing sales.
  • To provide consultancy advice, pricing exercises, sales reports and strategy reports.
  • Manage current client contacts
  • To actively generate new business / contacts through networking
  • Attend and assist creating pitches where required
  • To actively manage existing leads and convert sales on nominated developments
  • To support senior management with client relationships
  • To attend and hold events for clients where necessary
  • To potentially run instructions where necessary and actively manage clients from early marketing conceptions through to sales delivery
  • To achieve / exceed all sales targets
  • Fee earning and sales management
  • Provide consultancy advice to existing client including detailed sales and marketing reports, pricing exercises and comparable analysis.
  • Carry out detailed reports on comparable sites
  • Provide weekly feedback on development sales and progress to clients and colleagues
  • Build excellent relationships with future and current clients
  • Report sales progress figures
  • Identify potential problems and report to head office


Candidate profile:

  • Experience within the new homes market is preferable
  • A sound business knowledge and keen awareness of the competition is essential, as is knowledge of markets within the area.
  • IT - web/email literate
  • Ability to motivate, direct, coach and delegate to subordinates
  • Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
  • Literate and numerate
  • Dynamic - be able to think in your feet and be creative to drive sales
  • Creativity in producing reports and other written communication
  • Ability to undertake pricing exercises
  • Confident and eloquent communication skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a team
