Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to support both their sales and lettings teams within their Marylebone office.
- Multitasking, answering phone calls, emailing a variety of different people, meeting and greeting walk-ins at the front desk
- Marketing - producing window cards, brochures, checking properties on the website and other web portals
- Assisting a team of around 6 people as and when needed
- Stationary ordering, stock checking
- Responsible for petty cash and updating spreadsheets etc.
- Helping the other offices when needed
- 6 months experience from within the Property sector
- Enthusiastic, bubbly, confident and helpful
- Well-presented and a strong communicator (verbally and written)
- Confident user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc.)
Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
