Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to support both their sales and lettings teams within their Kings Cross office.

Basic duties

  • Multitasking, answering phone calls, emailing a variety of different people, meeting and greeting walk-ins at the front desk
  • Marketing - producing window cards, brochures, checking properties on the website and other web portals
  • Assisting a team of around 10 people as and when needed
  • Stationary ordering, stock checking
  • Responsible for petty cash and updating spreadsheets etc.
  • Helping the other offices when needed

Person Criteria

  • 6 months experience from within the Property sector
  • Enthusiastic, bubbly, confident and helpful
  • Well-presented and a strong communicator (verbally and written)
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc.)

Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
