Property Administrator - SW London - £25,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

My client, a successful multi-office independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an Office Coordinator with proven experience, to join their growing office in South West London.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office; completing all office administration alongside assisting both the sales and lettings team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company with a real family feel and opportunity for progression. They are looking for a proactive indicial with excellent organisation skills and an eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering calls and helping with queries where possible
  • Arranging the marketing of available properties including: floor plans, EPCs, creating brochures, booking photographs and creating window cards
  • Liaise with vendors and landlords
  • All sales property paperwork; land reg checks, instruction agreement, KYC, offer letters, sales memoranda and exchange letters
  • Online property maintenance and management; Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and the company website
  • Handling valuation letters
  • Collating Sales & Lettings Files
  • General sales and lettings support and assistance
  • Arrange check ins, check outs and arrange Inventory
  • Mange key logs
  • Office management including filing, ordering supplies and preparation of the office
  • Putting together valuation packs for sales and lettings
  • Assisting with office administration

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1 years proven Lettings Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
