Office Coordinator - South East London - £22,000 to £26,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a successful independent Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an ambitious Office Coordinator with proven Lettings/Sales Administration experience, to join their brand-new office in South East London. You will be a vital part of the team ensuring the smooth running of the office whilst providing support to the Sales and Lettings team.
The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting walk-ins
  • Handling all inbound calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Registering new applicants and clients
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords and applicants
  • Booking photos, floor plans and EPCs
  • Maintaining and keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Overseeing AML checks and verification
  • Generating memorandums of sale
  • Responsible for formulating and sending out offer and acceptance letters, valuation letters and completion statements
  • Overseeing the marketing of available properties; launching properties on the web portals, producing brochures and organising the window display
  • Managing key system
  • Handling invoices and petty cash
  • Responsible for post and mail out
  • Office Management including filing and management of office supplies
  • General Administration supporting the Sales and Lettings Team as required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years proven Lettings or Sales Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 Dependant on Experience + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm
