Office Manager - Sloane Square - £24,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a luxury long and short let operator who are based in the heart of Sloane Square, are seeking an Office Manager to join their expanding team. The firm are responsible for letting some of the highest profile properties in London and due to their fantastic reputation have a continually expanding portfolio.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office operations, so is required to be extremely organised, a self-starter with a meticulous attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to start a long-term career in the world of high-end property.


  • Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirement
  • Assist with the management, growth, and success of the team
  • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
  • Communicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.
  • Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
  • Coordinate daily meetings
  • Manage the stock control and checks that inventory records are accurate
  • Ensure the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client's request
  • Communicate any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
  • Monitor production standards
  • Apply new procedures and add software to improve the process
  • Supervise the cleaning process
  • Ensure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment
  • Purchase materials and services required for production
  • Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity
  • Confirm that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Provide guidance to employees
  • Collect on time all the reports for each department
  • Assist with company recruitment process

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience as an Office Manager/Office Coordiantor within Property, Hospitality or Tourism
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own workload and monitor workload of others, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience
