Our client, a leader in the London property market for over 50 years, is looking for an organised and driven Office Manager to join their successful team in Fulham, West London. The role will be administration and support for their successful Head Office, who pride themselves in their exceptional standards of customer service.
- Ensure the smooth running of a busy sales and lettings office.
- Busy diary management.
- Make sure that the office is consistently delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams to assist in providing a seamless transaction for our customers.
- Ensuring the office is always well presented.
- Managing the marketing process of properties for sale and for let.
- Working closely with Head Office teams such as Marketing, HR, IT, Finance and Tenancy/Property Management.
- At least 1 year office management/administration experience
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Hours: Mon-Fri - 9am - 6pm
