Office Manager - Hammersmith - £30,000 - £32,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a successful independent Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an ambitious Office Manager with proven Lettings/Sales Administration experience, to join their office in Hammersmith. You will be a vital part of the team ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing support to the Sales and Lettings team alongside PA duties to the Director.

The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Duties:

  • PA duties to the Director
  • Booking photos, floor plans and EPCs
  • Maintaining and keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Overseeing AML checks and verification; Land Registry checks and vendors, executors, landlords and tenants
  • Overseeing the marketing of available properties; launching properties on the web portals, producing brochures and window cards
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords and applicants
  • Managing key system
  • Preparing for appraisals including Land Reg and appraisal packs;
  • Sending out appraisals and Terms of Business
  • Managing instruction process including signatures on Docusign
  • Reporting IT, printer and phones issues to companies' providers
  • Preparing reports for sales and lettings meetings
  • Maintaining local sales and lettings price data
  • Monitoring sickness and absence
  • Office Management including filing and management of office supplies
  • General Administration supporting the Sales and Lettings Team as required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years proven Lettings or Sales Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Dependant on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and one Saturday a month 9.30am-4pm
