Property Management Administrator - Croydon - £23,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience
My client, a successful independent Property Management firm, are currently seeking a Property Management Administrator with experience in the property sector, to join their office in Croydon. In this role you will be directly supporting the Block Management Team.


This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company with a real family feel and opportunity for progression. The role requires an individual who is efficient, friendly and provides excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the team by providing extensive administration support
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and contractors providing excellent customer service
  • Handling all inbound calls and monitoring inboxes
  • Handling management and repairs enquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date and accessible records on the CRM system
  • Drafting and completing letters and bulk mailings
  • Monitor and manage regular contracts such as fire equipment and gate maintenance
  • Manage database of cyclical works; decorations, fire safety, other H&S tests
  • Process all property related invoices prior to passing to the Accounts Team
  • Oversee repairs activity and effectively chase incomplete works
  • Request and pursue quotes for repairs as required
  • Manage the system for communal keys fobs and parking permits for the team.
  • Raise new repairs works orders ensuring the correct company and codes are used

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year+ proven Property Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive approach with a friendly manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Knowledge of current legislation and best practice for block and leasehold management would be advantageous but not essential

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Location: Croydon
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm
