My client, a leading agency in Camden, are recruiting for a Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team. With a rapidly increasing portfolio they are looking for an enthusiastic and career driven candidate to expand their busy department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 100 properties
• Check in and check out services
• Tenant deposit protection
• Rent collection
• Everyday repairs and maintenance
• Quarterly property visits
• Serving of relevant notices
• Reducing void periods
• Negotiating tenancy renewals
• Confidently communicating with landlords and tenants

Skills Required:

• A sound understanding of legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form a professional relationship
• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently
• Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
• Confident and assertive
• Strong customer service skills
• Team player

Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year + £4,500 OTC
Hours: 8.45am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
