Dove & Hawk are working alongside a Real Estate Consultancy based in North London who are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing property management team.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Responsible for the full management of 80 residential AST properties situated in the North London region
• Liaising directly with Tenants and Landlords Dealing with Tenant
  complaints quickly and effectively
• Liaising closely with partner letting agents and negotiating favourable letting terms
• First point of contact for all incoming Management enquiries
• Ensuring tenants / contractors and Landlords are compliant with statutory and contractual obligations
• Ensuring all internal and external works are completed quickly
• Ensuring a high level of customer and client services is maintained at all times
• Carrying out quarterly property inspections and arranging inventories & check-outs
• Preparing tenancy agreements
• Processing Tenancy renewals and check outs
• Arranging contractors to carry out maintenance work
• Updating the company database
• Liaising closely with the Accounts Manager and Office Manager
• Direct reports are Assistant Property Manager and Lettings Administrator

Requirements of the role

• Minimum of 18 months specific property management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Strong analytical and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;

Salary Budgets: £28,000 - £30,000 p/a
Required working hours: 09:00 - 5.30pm / Monday to Friday
Location of the role: North London
