Dove & Hawk have partnered with an independent estate agency who have been operating in Battersea for the past 15 years, they are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties.

Duties:
·

• Management of 120 residential properties
• Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
• Property inspections
• Check in and outs
• Handle deposit disputes
• Liaising with accounts for supplier invoices
• Dealing with utility companies
• Other general office and property management tasks as and when they arise

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience within a Property Manager position
• Most know the relevant legislation pertaining to Lettings & Property Management
• Multi-task and the role can be busy and varied
• Good time management
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
