Job Description
Dove & Hawk have partnered with an independent estate agency who have been operating in Battersea for the past 15 years, they are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties.
Duties:

- Management of 120 residential properties
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
- Property inspections
- Check in and outs
- Handle deposit disputes
- Liaising with accounts for supplier invoices
- Dealing with utility companies
- Other general office and property management tasks as and when they arise
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience within a Property Manager position
- Most know the relevant legislation pertaining to Lettings & Property Management
- Multi-task and the role can be busy and varied
- Good time management
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
