Job Description
Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Property Manager to join their team based in Royal Wharf!
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of circa 160 properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants daily
- Coordinating maintenance works
- Chasing rent arrears
- Responsible for end of tenancy termination
- Arranging gas safety certificates
Requirements:
- 2 years Property Management experience
- Able to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication
- Highly organised
- ARLA qualified desirable but no essential
Days and Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am-6pm
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
