My client, an established property firm in North West London are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team. This organisation has led the local market for 30 years through investing in and developing buildings in prime locations and then managing them to the very highest standards.
Duties:
- Daily liaison with tenants and contractors
- Handling and sending out all Section notices ensuring they are sent out as required
- Attending, completing and booking in all property inspections
- Manage all tenancy files
- Register deposits on the Deposit Protection Scheme
- Organise gas certificate renewals, electrical certificates and other safety certs and insurances as and when needed
- Carry out inventories, check in's and check outs reports
- Preparing tenancy agreements, processing references and any other pre tenancy requirements
- Chasing arrears, renewals and rent increases
- Logging maintenance issues and overseeing of maintenance team
- Manage HMO licensing on relevant buildings
- Manage property bills including utility bills, council tax, updating local authorities and utility supplier on new tenancies, meter readings etc
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years property management experience
- ARLA Qualified (Preferred)
- Experience of managing a large portfolio
- Be able to manage their own workload
- Highly motivated
- Organised and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
