Residential Sales Administrator - Clapham Junction - £28,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a top tier multi branch Estate Agency are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth running of the front office procedures for their growing office in Clapham Junction.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, highly organised with an excellent telephone manner and have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Sales Administration role within the property industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a real family feel and excellent opportunity for progression.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the Sales Negotiators and Head of Sales
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
  • Preparing for appraisals including Land Registry and appraisal packs
  • Sending out appraisal documentation & Terms of Business
  • Sending out offer letters, sales memorandums, and exchange letters
  • Managing the instruction process
  • Sending out valuation letters
  • Booking photos, floor plans and EPCs
  • Inputting property details and applicant registrations into the database
  • Database management
  • Overseeing AML checks and verification
  • Producing brochures and window cards
  • Updating sales boards
  • Launching properties on web portals and maintaining online details
  • Liaising with vendors and applicants
  • General office administration; ordering office supplies, stationery and filing invoices

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within Estate Agency in Sales Administration
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A cheerful and positive approach to work
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Packages

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm
