Dove & Hawk are working alongside a global Property firm who are looking for a Residents Services Manager for a high-end development in East London. Specifically they are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the onsite team, overseeing resident communication and engagement, budgeting and contractor management for a Build to Rent/Private Rental Scheme development.

Duties/Functions of the role:
* Providing first class customer service to residents
* Ensuring all enquires and repairing issues are dealt with quickly & efficiently
* Coordinating up to date resident communication via various channels including social media & creating a community feel
* Ensuring available apartments and communal areas are presented at the highest possible standards at all times
* Setting market rents for lettings and renewals
* Driving rental growth, ensuring that rents in the building are maximised yet competitive within the local market
* Co-ordinating marketing activity on portals, social media and advertising, in line with client budgets
* Conducting staff performance appraisals
* Overseeing team performance and where necessary train team members on lettings and admin functions, customer service and communication
* Overseeing the co-ordination of renewal communications and negotiations
* Dealing with all maintenance and repair issues
* Taking Responsibility for Health and Safety compliance coordination & liaising with the Facilities Management team as required
* Dealing with litigation and insurance claims as required
* Managing the various contractors appointed to provide services to the apartments and building
* Providing regular performance reports and attending regular meetings with line manager

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Commercial or Residential Building/Property Management role
* A strong understanding of Health & Safety Requirements & Regulations
* Attention to detail in every aspect of the role including: Customer Service, Marketing, Building Management & Team Management
* A customer service focused attitude when it comes to assisting residents and team members

Salary Budgets: £38,000 Basic Salary + £7000 bonus

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, No weekend cover required.
