Dove & Hawk have partnered with a well-established and prestigious estate agency. They are looking for a sales negotiator for their Beckenham office who wants to maximize their potential earnings.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Daily management of buyers
• Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
• Generate and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Sales progression
• Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties

Requirements of the role:

• A proven track record in sales
• Outstanding communication
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Active listener to the clients' needs.
• Full UK driving license

Salary Budgets & Benefits: £20,000 basic, £65,000 OTE + Company Car as well as many other company benefits.

Required Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 9am-6.30pm. Fri: 9am-6pm. Sat 9.30-4pm alternating.
