Dove & Hawk are working alongside an award winning, multi-branch Independent Agency who have offices across all of England. They're looking to hire a Sales Valuer for their established office based in West London. They are looking for someone with previous valuation experience with a proven track record in instructions.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Generate new opportunities for winning instructions/clients
• Grow and maintain a network of potential clients and properties.
• Work to achieve and surpass both activity & financial targets.
• Maximise branch revenue through quality of instructions.
• Strong social media presence
• Effective marketing skills & canvassing the local areas to bring in new business.

Requirements of the role:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• A strong track record of winning instructions within the London Sales market.
• Have excellent negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced target driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Able to take accountability for your own KPIS through effective marketing and proactive activities.

Salary Budgets: Basic £22,000-£25,000 OTE- £45k & Car Allowance/Company Car.

Required Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Every other Saturday 9-5pm.
