My client, a Global Property Investment Firm, are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant to join their thriving team based in the City Fringes. Their model exists around buying and selling their own projects, sales are generated from a 'black book' that will be useful for the successful individual as well as existing distribution channels. Typically the clients targeted are investors, asset managers or 'one-man bands'.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting agreed monthly and annual revenue targets via direct sales, distribution networks, wholesale and bulk-deal sales channels
  • Seeking out and attending networking events in order to generate leads and promote the company's services to develop new and existing business opportunities
  • Meeting with existing and prospective clients to present and explain the unique business model and to discuss properties and markets which match their investment profile
  • Building relationships with investors and 3rd party distributors with the aim of securing new business partnerships to close real estate investment deals globally
  • Creating a distributor network to help generate consistent leads and sales
  • Managing new and existing client relationships
  • Creating sufficient activity in line with the agreed sales plan and reviewing this on a monthly basis
  • Completing the sales process in line with company best practice
  • Supporting the Sales Head of Department and the CEO with sales and operational tasks
  • Holding seminars and other presentations
  • For Senior Consultants - managing a Sales Account Manager (SAM) who supports sales call and operational activities of the Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years experience in either Estate Agency or an IFA background, the successful individual will need to be pro-active, driven, a proven track record in sales and well connected.
 

Salary:

£20,000 basic, 0.5% commission on sales through existing distribution channels, 1% commission on sales through own distribution channels (commission of total sale price) £50,000-£60,000 OTE
