Dove & Hawk have partnered with a multi-branch independent agency who are looking to take on a Senior Sales Negotiator for their office based over in Hammersmith, W12. They are looking for intelligent, proactive, experienced people who is looking to grow with an expanding agency and represent the brand in a caring and professional manner. Having already established themselves in Acton and Hammersmith and they need to find individuals are hardworking and who can deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business opportunities
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
  • Calling and meeting with property owners
  • Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the selling process
  • Negotiating offers between parties
  • Maintaining standards according to company policy and the Ombudsman code
  • Liaising with administration teams
  • Assisting in the efficient progression of the sale until completion
  • Reaching targets and company KPI'S
  • Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
  • Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to head office
  • Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
  • Applicant and viewing management
  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
  • Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor
  • Keeping in regular contact with all potential buyers, updating records accordingly.
  • Answering general enquiries from applicants
  • Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business


Benefits:

Salary Budgets:

  • £17,000 - £19,000 basic depending on experience
  • 10% commission
  • £50,000-£55,000 OTE

    Working Hours:8:30-7 Monday - Thursday, 8:30-6 Friday, 9:30-4 Saturday (1 in 2 Saturdays
