Social Media and Marketing Executive - Greenwich - £25,000 to £27,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a leading independent Real Estate firm are seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Executive to join their office in Greenwich.

Individual will be responsible for overseeing all the marketing, community engagement and social media accounts. Individual will have a minimum of two years' proven marketing experience ideally in the property industry.


  • Responsible for all marketing and branding with the goal of expanding awareness and increasing business
  • Design and prepare marketing materials, such as website, brochures, leaflets, business cards, branded merchandise, window displays etc.
  • Develop, improve and maintain the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Organise and participate in community social events, such as sales event and business networking event
  • Build relationship with local businesses and work on cross promotions
  • Collaborate with Berkeley Homes community team, London Wildlife trust and other local organisations; participate and support their events.
  • Support Sales & Lettings team by marketing properties for sale/letting on social media platforms and other channels
  • Taking photos and videos
  • Produce monthly newsletter
  • Support overseas sales activities (may involve traveling overseas)
  • Support manning of the office and greeting visitors

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • 2+ years' proven Marketing experience
  • Experience within Estate Agency would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge and use of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft packages

Location: Greenwich
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
