Tenancy Progressor - East London - £23,000 - £25,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a modern up and coming private Residential Management firm are currently seeking an ambitious Tenancy Progressor to join their vibrant office in East London. As the Tenancy Progressor, you will be responsible for efficiently progressing all new lettings from the point of acceptance to move-in alongside assisting the wider team as required.

The role will be extremely busy and fast paced with a high volume of tenancies so requires an individual who is proactive, possesses a strong analytical skillset and an excellent eye for detail.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing all new tenancies from acceptance to move in
  • Drafting Tenancy agreement
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors as required
  • Registering and processing deposit returns
  • Record and maintain accurate CRM database
  • General office administration when required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression experience
  • A strong understanding of contracts and tenancy agreements
  • Customer focused approach
  • Well presented and professional
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a thorough approach to work
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Location: East London
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
