Tenancy Progressor - Wimbledon - £25,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a leading UK Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an ambitious Tenancy Progressor with proven experience, to join their well established team in Wimbledon. You will be a vital part of the team providing support with pre tenancy paperwork from offer to move in for a large portfolio of properties.

Key Duties:

Responsible for handling all pre tenancy paperwork
Drafting tenancy documentation
Communicating with clients, applicants and tenants
Keeping each branch informed of the progress for each tenancy
Processing reference applications for tenants
Ensuring ID checks and Right to Rent checks are in place
Ensuring the correct certificates are in place prior to move in; including EPC's, Gas Safety Certificates and EICRs
Preparing completion document packages
Complying with all lettings legislation

Skills and Experience Required:

A minimum of 6 months' Lettings Administration experience
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Dependant on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
