Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with an independent property consultancy with expansion plans in place for this year. They are in the process of hiring Chartered Building Surveyor with at least 1 years’ PQE for the office based in Central London.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Conducting a variety of services: Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and Party Wall matters.
• Providing advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients; predominantly commercial, with a degree of retail, residential and mixed-use investments & development work.
• Growing and managing client relationships.
• Developing and assisting with the mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements of the role:

• Chartered Status as a Building Surveyor (MRICS)
• At least 1+ years PQE working as a Building Surveyor.
• A proven track record in ensuring business operational and financial targets are met.
• Strong understanding of all Building Consultancy disciplines.
• Good people management skills.
• Attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions & recommendations.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software and Microsoft packages.

Salary Budgets: £60-65,000 Basic Salary
Car Allowance Provided, Bonus Scheme, Plus other benefits

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm – THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING
